Penelope's cousin - Peter Puss. His fur is beige, and his hair is red. His eyes are chocolate brown.

Peter wants to be a great thespian, but he has stage fright. He's perfectly fine performing for friends or Penelope, but when he has to go on stage in front of strangers he forgets his lines and runs away. Aside from being afraid of the stage, he is also afraid of darkness, heights, pain, open spaces, crowds, pointed objects, riding in a car, flowers and plants in general, being touched (by people he doesn't know), spiders, untidiness, gravity, steep slopes, amphibians, mirrors, clocks, dogs (he's really afraid of dogs), horses, knees, blood, the color white, childbirth, dead things, hospitals, the figure 8, birds, children, ferns, the moon, witchcraft, and phobias (yes, he has Phobophobia).

Incidentally - he loves thunder, lightning, and rain. If there is ever a storm, no matter where he is, school or otherwise, he'll run outside and roar until he looses his voice or the storm gives out. He makes quite a ruckus, and people who only see him in this light are intimidated by his volume and stature.

He does have friends, but not many are willing to put up with his excessive fears like his cousin Penelope is, but as he is slowly developing a fear of books, he chooses not to hang out in the library with her and instead spends an abnormal amount of time stalking the Custodian Tuck while he's trying to do his job because Peter likes to play with the loose wrappings on his legs.

He also happens to think that Sammi the Sandgirl is the key-utest gal in the whole school! 8D But he's too shy to talk to her…
